1. Open the PrinTribe website: printribe.com
2. Select “LOGIN”
3. Enter the email address used to create your account.
4. Enter your password
5. Click “SIGN IN”
6. Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard. From your dashboard, you can view the total number of orders you have placed over the last 30 days, how many products you have sold and what those sales have cost you. As well as viewing a snapshot of your current order statuses.
Upload artwork to My Artwork Library
7. Click “My Artwork Library”
8. Select “NEW”
9. Enter a name for your collection.
Every artwork uploaded must be filed into a collection. This will make finding that artwork easier for you when you want to create products.
10. Browse to locate your image or drag and drop the file to begin uploading.
11. Once uploaded, select “CONTINUE”
Please note: Larger file sizes will take longer to upload. Please be patient.
Create your product
12. From the Artwork Library, select the image you desire, then click “CREATE PRODUCT”.
13. Select which type of product you want to create, then click “GET STARTED”
14. Select the Orientation, Size and Paper options for your product.
15. Then choose the frame you want. The product image on the left will update with your chosen options.
16. Select your Acrylic and Border + Matting preferences.
Tip!
The options for customisation are different depending upon the product you are creating. For example, you cannot select a matboard or acrylic for a canvas product.
17. To ensure that your print file is the correctly sized for this product, click “EDIT ARTWORK”
18. Select the PRINT AREA option to view the actual print size the image needs to be.
19. This will reveal a dotted line representing the print area.
20. Click the image to add the re-size handles.
21. Grab any handle to scale the image as you see fit.
Alert!
Only the image INSIDE the dotted line will be printed, so ensure your image is positioned where you want it and that it fits correctly!
Tip!
If you are scaling your image at all, keep an eye on the DPI reference in the top left corner to make sure it doesn’t fall below 150!
22. This step is optional (but does provide a warm and fuzzy feeling).
Select “PRODUCT” to preview what your finished masterpiece will look like.
23. If you wish to sign your artwork, click “Signature”
24. Select the pen size for your signature.
25. Choose your ink colour
26. Click “ADD SIGNATURE +”
27. Add your signature then click “APPLY”
28. Select your signature and drag it into position
29. Use the handles to re-size as required
30. Select “DOWNLOAD” to save a thumbnail version of this image that you can upload to your own website, then select “SAVE”
31. If you think you will want to re-order this exact product, in this frame, with this border, at this size, Click “SAVE PRODUCT”
32. Give your product a name.
We suggest naming with your product SKU or name for easy identification when re-ordering.
33. Click “SAVE”
34. Now select “ADD TO CART”
Alert!
If your print file falls below 150 dpi you will see a warning when you try to add your product to the cart. We strongly suggest you upload a higher-resolution image for this product. If you choose to ignore this warning and proceed with the purchase, we will not be liable to refund you due to poor image quality.
Checking Out
35. Click “VIEW CART”
36. Review the items in your cart, and when ready select “CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT”
37. Complete the delivery information for where the goods are to be delivered. Remember to include any delivery instructions and the receiver’s mobile number so they can receive all delivery notifications.
38. Select your preferred delivery service. Note that the couriers available will depend on where the goods are to be delivered.
Tip!
Remember to Save the Address! Saving the address will update the shipping rates for your delivery location.
Alert!
Priority and Overnight Express options mean that the goods will be sent via a priority service once they are ready. All products will still have a production time of up to 7 working days from the date of order before shipping.

Enter any order reference details you want.
40. If you have been given a Promo Code, enter it here.
41. Click “APPLY”
42. When you are ready, select your chosen payment method. Either enter your credit card details in the space provided or check out using PayPal.
43. Yay! You have now completed your first order. You can monitor your order’s progress and download your invoice by selecting “VIEW ORDERS”, or by going to your Dashboard and selecting Orders.
Tip!
You will shortly receive an order confirmation email. Our team are now hard at work producing your order which will be dispatched within 7 working days.
